People

The research programme has been an extensive six-year undertaking and has had the support of many people.

Those who were directly involved in the research and preparation of the various papers, reports and other outputs are listed as authors. See the full author list.

An essential part of the programme was input from vascular patients. See the details of our process for patient and public involvement

In addition, we would like to thank all the patients who participated in the development and piloting of the ePAQ-VAS and the preference elicitation study. We are also grateful for those who contributed to the programme through the Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Online Public Advisory Panel.

We would also like to acknowledge the invaluable input of the Independent Steering Committee, Kath Wilson for her providing excellent administrative support throughout the programme, Stephen Walters and John Brazier for providing statistical and methodological advice and the many healthcare professionals who have contributed to the various consensus groups, clinical advisory groups and supported the recruitment of patients.

The research team also acknowledges the support of the National Institute for Health Research Clinical Research Network (NIHR CRN).
